Money Management

Asset Builders Corporation (ABC) has been licensed as an Investment Advisor since 1983. It began as a fee based financial planning firm and continues to offer this service. Since 1990, however, its focus has been more on money management. We have developed a proprietary style of management using no load mutual funds, individual stocks and ETF's.

In 2009, since the rally started on March 9th, some of the best sectors to be in were:

Individual stocks in every sector, particularly in the financial sector were beaten down so much that technically they had no way to go but up.  As you will see when you click on STOCK Portfolio selection, our focus will be a top-down philosophy.  So far as of August 31st,2009, our portfolio is up 39% year to date and 71% if we were to compute with the start of the rally on March 9, 2009, handily beating the market.  We continue to believe that being in the right sector is very important to achieving above par rates of return
